I consider myself lucky to start my career at the Harley-Davidson Museum. I was able to see first hand the effect that the product has on consumers and those that are experiencing the brand for the first time. This experience reinforced the importance of brand perception and how that perception can change over the years.
In my marketing and sales role I was able to create material that drives business, best practices that streamline sales flow and increase the group tour sales business year after year.
