After excelling at the Harley-Davidson Museum I knew I wanted to further my career in Marketing. With the backing of relationships developed as the Young Professionals BERG Site Lead, I was given the opportunity to rapidly develop my marketing skills as a part of the Marketing and Brand Development Program.
As a part of this program I am placed in a new marketing role every 6 months and expected to assimilate with the team, become a subject matter expert and end every rotation with deliverables that will have lasting impact on the team and company as a whole.
These deliverables include the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy College Accreditation Program, Consumer Portfolio Management Process, Vehicle Portfolio Strategy, and Dealer Digital Program strategy.
